1.When we are feeling happy on the inside, law of attraction is matching up the inside of us, and bringing unlimited happiness to us. Law of attraction says, “Like attracts like”. We have to be the exact state on the inside of what we want to bring on the outside. You can’t complain and be miserable and expect your life to change. In that state you are attracting more misery to yourself. You have to be the ‘like’ that you want to attract.

2.To create the life of your dreams, the time has come for you to love You. Focus on Your joy. Do all the things that make You feel good. Love You, inside and out. Everything will change in your life, when you change the inside of you. Allow the Universe to give you every good thing you deserve, by being a magnet to them all. To be a magnet for every single thing you deserve, you must be a magnet of love.

3.Focus on the beauty of our world, and on how magnificent it is. As more and more people appreciate the beauty and focus on the beauty, our planet will receive that energy and we will see the beauty manifesting everywhere.

4.After you ask for what you want, if you think that You have to make it happen, you will experience feelings of doubt. Those feelings of doubt are telling you the ‘how’ is not your job. Your job is to feel your dream inside. Then the Universe will move people, circumstances, and events to bring about your dream. You have the intelligence of the Universe permeated in every cell of your body. The activation of this almighty power of all good comes through your awareness of it. The moment you are aware that it is within you, you have consciously activated the greatest power in the Universe to work through you.

5.You are now receiving the knowledge that will enable you to create the most magnificent version of You. The possibility of that version of you already exists on the frequency of “the most magnificent version of You.” Decide what you want to be, do and have, think the thoughts of it, emit the frequency, and your vision will become your life.

6.There is a mighty power in your heart. To experience this power firsthand, the next time you are in a conversation with somebody, imagine that your words are coming from your heart, rather than your mind. While speaking, stay focused on your words coming from your heart. As you do this you will feel a wave of utter bliss move through you. The power of your heart will also reach many others, as nothing can get in the way of its powerful radiation.

7.You can create anything you want, but to do that you must follow the principles of the law. Eliminate all doubt and replace it with the full expectation that you will receive what you are asking for. If you are not receiving what you are asking for, it is not the law that has failed. It means that your doubt is greater than your faith.

8.As money comes to you, it must flow through you like the flow of a river, or the flow of money will stop. Be the flow!

9.Competition is a form of separation. First, when you have thoughts of competition, it is coming from a lack mentality, as you are saying there is a limited supply. You are saying there is not enough for everybody, so we have to compete and fight to get things. By the law of attraction, as you compete you will attract many people, circumstances, and events to compete against You in every single aspect of your life. For your own wellbeing, you have to get competition out of your mind and become a creative mind. Focus only on your dreams, your visions and being the best that You can be!

10.How it will happen, how the Universe will bring it to you, is not your concern or job. Allow the Universe to do it for you. When you are trying to work out how it will happen, you are emitting a frequency that contains a lack of faith – that you don’t believe you have it already. You think you have to do it and you do not believe the Universe will do it for you. The how is not your part in the Creative Process.

11.Most people feel powerless to help others, when in fact every single human being has a power within them that, when directed properly, will help beyond anything else. You can direct this power by focusing on people in difficult situations being in joy, by imagining them in joy right now. Hold to the outcome of joy for them. By doing this, you will cause the unfathomable Creative Power to move through you to bring them joy.

12.Failure only comes from a person not applying the law correctly. The law never fails.

13.Every single human being is meant to be in joy. It is our natural state, and we know it, because when we feel negative emotions we feel terrible. We want to be happy. And the biggest thing to realize is that happiness is a choice, because it is a feeling generated from the inside of us. We have to make a decision to be happy on the inside now, to magnetize a life of happiness on the outside.

14.There is not a single instance in history where hate has brought joy to human beings. It is a negative force that serves only to destroy those who hold it in their mind and body. If the majority of humanity released all hate, fear, and resentment, wars would disappear from our planet.

15.To restore harmony into a relationship, focus on what you appreciate about the other person, and not your complaints. When you focus on the wonderful things and you appreciate those, you will be astounded at how many more things to appreciate suddenly appear in the other person.

16.Disease is held in the body by thought, by observation of the illness, and by the attention given to the illness. If you are feeling a little unwell, don’t talk about it – unless you want more of it. If you listen to people talk about their illness, you add energy to their illness. Instead, change the conversation to good things, and give powerful thoughts to seeing those people in health.

17.All stress begins with one negative thought. One thought that went unchecked, and then more thoughts came and more, until stress manifested. The effect is stress, but the cause was negative thinking, and it all began with one little negative thought. No matter what you might have manifested, you can change it … with one small positive thought and then another.

18.The only reason any person does not have enough money is because they are blocking money from coming to them with their thoughts. Every negative thought, feeling or emotion is blocking your good from coming to you, and that includes money. It is not that the money is being kept from you by the Universe, because all the money you require exists right now in the invisible. If you do not have enough, it is because you are stopping the flow of money coming to you, and you are doing that with your thoughts. You must tip the balance of your thoughts from lack-of-money to more-than-enough-money. Think more thoughts of abundance than of lack, and you have tipped the balance.

19.If you are complaining, the law of attraction will powerfully bring into your life more situations for you to complain about. If you are listening to someone else complain and focusing on that, sympathizing with them, agreeing with them, in that moment, you are attracting more complaining situations to yourself!

20.Think thoughts of perfection. Illness cannot exist in a body that has harmonious thoughts. Know there is only perfection, and as you observe perfection you must summon that to you. Imperfect thoughts are the cause of all humanity’s ills, including disease, poverty, and unhappiness. When we think negative thoughts we are cutting ourselves off from our rightful heritage. Declare and intend, “I think perfect thoughts. I see only perfection. I am perfection.”

21.Wherever you go, whoever you meet, and whatever you do, give love and appreciation, because that is your true nature. How do you know it is your true nature? You feel so good when you are giving it!

22.Do you think you can? You can achieve and do anything you want with this knowledge. In the past you may have underestimated how brilliant you are. Well, now you know you are the Supreme Mind and that you can draw anything you want from that One Supreme Mind. Any invention, any inspiration, any answer, anything. You can do anything you want. You are a genius beyond description. So start telling yourself that and become aware of who you really are.

23.Whatever you choose for You is right! You cannot get it wrong. If you have chosen something for You, it is right! You cannot fail. It is impossible for you to fail, because how can you fail at being You? You are the perfection of You, because nobody else can be You. You have got You down pat! Do you appreciate that you are an outstanding and total success at being You, right where you are now?

24.If you have ‘needing money’ in your vibration, then you will keep attracting ‘needing money’. You have to find a way of being happy NOW, feeling good NOW, and being in joy NOW, without the money. Once you can feel good NOW, even though you don't have the money, it will come. Make a decision that you are going to do everything you can to be as happy as you can in every moment. You will be amazed at how the Universe will flood so many things into your life that will continue to make you happy - including money.

25.I am asked very often by all types of people how to stop negative thoughts. The answer is so simple: plant good thoughts! As you plant more and more good thoughts, the negative thoughts will be wiped out. Don’t focus on the negative thoughts, just deliberately think more good thoughts every day.

26.The Universe wants to give you so much, if you could just let it in. To let it in, slow down. To let it in, relax. To let it in, unwind. To let it in, be calm. To let it in, let go. You are now letting it in.

27.Praise and bless everything in the world, and you will dissolve negativity and discord and align yourself with the highest frequency – love.

45.You do not have to erase negative thoughts you have had. All you have to do is feel good and think good thoughts right now, and you will shift yourself to a completely different frequency where no negativity exists. No matter what you have thought in the past, whether ten years ago or one minute ago, NOW is where all your power is. Right NOW you can use your power and shift yourself. When you know this, you can move through your life without fear or regrets, because you can always think good thoughts NOW.

28.So what are you feeling now? Take a few moments to think about how you feel. If you’re not feeling as good as you’d like to, focus on feeling your feelings inside and purposefully lift them. As you focus intensely on your feelings, with the intention to lift yourself, you can powerfully elevate them. One way is to close your eyes (shutting out distractions). Focus on your feelings inside, and smile for one minute.

29.Remind your children constantly, through your words, that they are unlimited – that they can have anything, do anything, and be anything they want. Remind them to speak of what they want and to focus on that. When they say they don’t want something, ask them what they do want. Always bring them back to what they want. Embrace each of your children as the unique being that they are, and rejoice in their freedom to express themselves. Allow them to learn their own lessons, and know within yourself that everything is unfolding for them perfectly.

30.The earth turns on its orbit for you. The oceans ebb and flow for you. The birds sing for you. The sun rises and it sets for you. The stars come out for you. Every beautiful thing you see, every wondrous thing you experience, is all there, for you. Take a look around. None of it can exist, without you. No matter who you thought you were, now you know the Truth of Who You Really Are. You are the master of the Universe. You are the heir to the kingdom. You are the perfection of Life. And now you know The Secret. May the joy be with you.

31.Human beings are made up of two things; their beliefs and the truth. When you let go of your beliefs, you will see more of the truth. The greatest human beings who have ever lived, had the courage to let go of beliefs, and they became the truth. They showed us the way.

32.The truth is that the Universe has been answering you all of your life, but you cannot receive the answers unless you are aware. Be aware of everything around you, because you are receiving the answers to your questions in every moment of the day. The channels those answers can come through are unlimited. They could be delivered in the form of a newspaper headline that attracts your attention, or overhearing someone speaking, or a song on the radio, or signage on a truck passing by, or receiving a sudden inspiration. Remember to remember, and become aware.

33.Action is a word that can imply “work” to some people, but inspired action will not feel like work at all. The difference between inspired action and action is this: Inspired action is where you are acting to receive. If you are in action to try and make it happen, you have slipped backward. Inspired action is effortless, and it feels wonderful because you are on the frequency of receiving.

34.The only way we can feel love is through our heart, and so the most powerful way to maximize our positive feelings is also through our heart. As we deliberately intensify our feelings through our heart, we are connecting ourselves to the Supreme Love, Power, and Wisdom that is the Universe. The Universe is continually making everything we want available to us, and our heart tunes us into the frequency of it all.

35.It is the joy within that creates a magnificent life on the outside. It doesn’t matter where you are, what you are doing, who you are with, or what is happening around you, you take the joy with you.

36.Can you consider for just a moment that there are wonderful things ahead for you? Can you put total trust and faith in the Universe and know you are so loved and that everything that happens is all happening FOR you? Because that is absolutely the case.

37.You can turn waiting into a powerful time to create your future life. Next time you are in a situation where you are waiting, seize that time and imagine having all the things you want. You can do this anywhere, anytime. Turn every life situation into a positive one.

38.The easiest way to transform every aspect of your life on the outside is to dedicate yourself to feeling more and more gratitude every day within you. Whenever you think of it, feel deep feelings of gratitude. Intensify the feelings with the love in your heart, and through the law of attraction your life will be transformed into the beauty that you have become on the inside.

44.We are not able to see the bigger picture of our lives, but the Universe or the Creative Power can see it all. Sometimes we think that something is right for us, but when it doesn’t unfold the way we thought, have faith in the Universe that it is matching up all of our inner desires and marrying them into every aspect of our lives.

45.Unless you fill yourself up first, you have nothing to give anybody. Therefore it is imperative that you tend to you first. Attend to your joy first. People are responsible for their own joy. When you tend to your joy and do what makes you feel good, you are a joy to be around and you are a shining example to every child and every person in your life. When you are feeling joy you don’t even have to think about giving. It is a natural overflow.

46.There is a huge difference between inspired action and busying yourself with activity in trying to make things happen. When you are busying yourself with activity because you don’t believe the Universe is working with you, everything is hard and feels like a struggle. You feel as though you are pushing against the current of the river and getting nowhere. You feel exhausted, things begin to go wrong, and it feels like nothing is going your way. But when you are working consciously with the intelligence of the Universe, everything is effortless. All your needs to accomplish your vision are met, and you are in a flow that is indescribable.

47.If you are feeling really good, negative thoughts and words are not on the same frequency as you, so you don’t even have to try to stop them because all good things just pour out of you. So, the fastest way to be more positive is to watch how you are feeling, rather than trying to monitor your thoughts and words. You are the only one who has control of your feelings, so start to get in touch with how you are feeling, and then deliberately focus on intensifying a good feeling within you.

48.You only have to tip the balance of your thoughts and feelings to positive to dramatically transform your life. You do not have to make every thought and word positive. As you tip the balance to positive, law of attraction is right there helping you, because like thoughts attract like thoughts. When you are having good thoughts you are on the frequency of attracting more good thoughts. Of course when you are having bad thoughts you will attract more bad thoughts, so at those times it is important to distract yourself and think of something that makes you feel good.

49.Live your dream in your heart and let the Universe move everything to bring your dream to you. Feel your dream, feel the presence of the Universe inside you, KNOW that the Universe is with you, guiding you, and then allow the Universe to realize your dream.

50.As you become more and more aware of how you are feeling, you will become more aware of your words and thoughts. It gets easier and easier. And so you when you hear yourself say something you don’t want, just restate what it is you do want. For example, a common thing that people say is, “I am tired”. If you say that with the whole day ahead of you, you are ordering up from the universe a tough day full of fatigue. So I would change those words to something like, “I am now drawing in unlimited energy. I am feeling more energized with every second. I feel amazing.” All of your power with the law of attraction is now, and by intensely feeling what you want, you can change anything.

51.A shift to dominant thoughts and feelings of love and gratitude is the answer for all unwanted things. Negativity in any form cannot exist in an energy field of love and gratitude.

52.Every night before you go to sleep, give sincere thanks for the day. Then intend your next day to be joyous, effortless, and wonderful. On waking in the morning, confirm your intention that your day will be magnificent! As you are creating every one of your days, if you don’t intend your day in advance then you are handing it over to the whims and energies of mass consciousness. Don’t put your day in the hands of others - create your own magnificent day.

53.We are One. We are all connected and we are all part of the One Energy Field, or the One Supreme Mind, or the One Consciousness, or the One Creative Source. Call it whatever you want, but we are all One. As you think negative thoughts about another you are separating yourself from the One, and your negative thoughts will return to harm only You. You have been given free will to choose, but when you think negative thoughts and have negative feelings, you are separating yourself from the One and All Good.

54.No matter what you have manifested in regards to your body, you can change it – inside and out. Start thinking happy thoughts and start being happy. Happiness is a feeling state of being. You have your finger on the “feeling happy” button. Press it now and keep your finger pressed down on it firmly, no matter what is happening around you.

55.Fear is the most debilitating emotion that there is, and every one of us can live a life without fear. The key to absolute freedom and joy for each and every one of us is to let go of fear. When you understand that fear puts you on a frequency of attracting more fearful events and circumstances into your life, you will understand how important it is to shift yourself. People are in fear of being late, of losing their job, of paying the bills, of getting sick, and the list goes on. But the fear of those things is actually summoning them to us. Law of attraction is impersonal, and whatever we focus on with feeling is bringing it to us. When fearful thoughts come, stamp them out immediately. Send them on their way and replace them with anything that makes you feel good.

56.Begin to use the two most powerful words, I AM, to your advantage. How about, “I AM receiving every good thing. I AM happy. I AM abundant. I AM healthy. I AM love. I AM always on time. I AM eternal youth. I AM filled with energy every single day.”

57.Every single person deserves to live a wonderful life, and they have the power to do that through the law of attraction. When you tend to your happiness and joy, something wonderful happens. You begin to overflow with joy, and every single person that you come into contact with is touched by your joy. One person in joy brings so much joy to the world through the magnificent matrix of our Universe. The power within each of us is unfathomable when focused in the direction of all good for all.

58.You have a choice right now. Do you want to believe that it’s just the luck of the draw and bad things can happen to you at any time? Do you want to believe that you can be in the wrong place at the wrong time? That you have no control over circumstances? Or do you want to believe and know that your life experience is in your hands and that only all good can come into your life because that of the way you think? You have a choice, and whatever you choose to think will become your life experience.

59.A powerful way to attract money is to start to give. Give wherever you can. It does not have to be money, but if you can even give one dollar it starts the flow of money. You can give in many other ways which are equally powerful. Give love and appreciation to people. Give gratitude for what you have. Give a helping hand, a kind gesture, a smile, and the best of yourself to everyone you meet. As you take action through sincere giving, the law of attraction will respond and you will be given to in every area of your life through people, circumstances, and events. You cannot trick the law of attraction. Your giving must be sincere and you must feel it in your heart.

60.Any time you look at yourself with critical eyes, switch your focus immediately to the presence within, and its perfection will reveal itself to you. As you do this, all imperfections that have manifested in your life will dissolve, because imperfections cannot exist in the light of this presence. Whether you want to regain perfect eyesight, dissolve disease and restore will-being, turn poverty into abundance, reverse aging and degeneration, or eradicate any negativity, focus on and love the presence within you and perfection will manifest.

The Call Of Duty Game

Last night I was intrigued of the game started by brother Rex because of the introduction video I'd seen. It's about the world war scene that made me more curious of the game. The game is entitled "Call Of Duty.

In terms of game , I'm so selective on it. I make it sure that I learned some important skills that would be helpful to my life goals. Just like the game "The Caesar". It's about building and managing the development of a certain city from financial, resources , and economic aspects. It's a worthwhile learning experience I'd learned from it.

And now I've been introduced to a kind of objective game of which I begun last night playing the game.

I felt very good from all the obstacles and failures from the said game. I kept on trying and trying of which I observed I had the capability to easily learned the skills and move forward to the next level at a fast rate even from the pressures around the game.

I know this would be beneficial to me , the skills of being objective and result-oriented could be somehow applied to my real life. Thank you!

My Appointment in Cebu Daitoh Corporation

In the morning I made a call to Mr. Mark Manuel, admin of Cebu Daitoh Corp., regarding the appointment we'd set last week. Thanks, he confirmed with a great word "Yes".

I decided to bring with our marketing officer Ms. Hyacinth to take down the notes of our meeting.

It's a long walk from the gate 2 of Mepz1, almost half an hour searching the said company. But a minutes after we got the inside the door of Cebu Daitoh, being warmly entertained by the guard on duty.

We kept silent waiting at the lobby while the guard had made a call to Mr. Mark. A minutes later, we invited by the guard to get in his office. And a glance nearby we had been introduced to him.

I found Mr. Mark, a humble and silent person but easy to provoke a conversation. I offered my hand for a firmed handshake. And the rest is happy history.

The important thing is that I successfully identified their need of an inventory system.

Management Meeting

It had been brainstormed in our management meeting on how we could concentrate effectively our effort of closing the sales. The figure of the number of prospects is quite good. And it brought to our attention that its the right time to make the right move to close the sale.

Stages of Developing An Unsconscious Competency

I remembered the stages of developing a core competency or success rate being discussed in the PowerSpeak Seminar. Here are the following stages I'm referring to:

Stage 1: Unconscious Incompetent - You are not aware for being incompetent in some aspect of your life. You keep doing things over and over and over again and expecting a different results. I guess that the definition of insanity.

Stage 2: Conscious Incompetent - You are now become aware of your incompetency and make a way for some development or enhancement of your skill. Just like starting to learn on how to ride a bike.

Stage 3: Conscious Competent - Thru constant practice , you now keep on doing what you've learned in your experience that is right to do.

Stage 4: Unconscious Competent - Everything fall behind at your favor without an effort of the process. Just like for in case in brushing our teeth regularly.

My Learnings From The Cigar Vendor

While waiting for the worship service to start, I noticed a friend of mine Robert Pino, selling cigar at the roadside. I approached him with curiosity to know about his reason in deciding totally to leave the world of salesmanship and venture to his own business.

Unlike from other eyes, at first glance, I considered him doing the best move in his life in moving out to business world. I admired his determination, hardwork, and dedication toward his goals to build someday a big business starting from a very humble kind of business - cigar vendor.

I was so inquisitive in our conversation , thus I got several learning points that inspired me too much. See the following below:

Putting Worth Value To Every "No"

The best learning point I got from the PowerSales Seminar I attended last Friday was about the optimistic way of dealing the number of "No" answer in sales.

It was being explained thoroughly by Mr. Joey Reyes thru an example. Say for instance if you are convince that for every "yes" you've got, you need first a 100 number of "No"s. And the value of a single yes would worth a commission for example of P20,000. To get the value of every no the math would be P20,000 divided by 100 would yield to P200 peso value for every "No" answer. Meaning finding the answer of "No" would be worth the effort of earning P200 pesos.

Due to this motivational concept, I was so energetic setting up a goal for the day to make a 25 sales calls. Not minding about the type of answer, because I all know that for every call I made it has a P200 peso value put into it.

Yes approximately without so much effort I able to meet my goal for the day. In fact I have a good conversion rate of 3:25. Thank you!

The Power of Mind

I affirmed to the consideration that Mind is Power.

I had been into so many situations where a difficult scenarios or problems surfaced. And so many times I acted upon my thoughts unconciously that made me to act of what I was not expected to happen.

As I went back studying my thoughts, I discovered that the programmed installed in my mind so many years ago, during my childhood days. That in every difficult situation the right response would be to let myself down. Feeling sad and worry about what to do. I observed that the more worry about the situation the more it becomes worser.

The Law of Attraction is right and operating always. We become because of what we predominantly allow into our mind.

Mind is Power. Either to your success or failure. By taking advantage of its power, its up to us to guide the power into the right channel we want to happen.

And the power of it will work accordingly.

In a Meeting

Last morning I was being informed by Sir Bingo to have a meeting by 3:30pm.

I prepared myself by making another followup and sales calls to the prospects in the pipeline. The training that I attended last friday made me inspired to make into application especially the concept of loving the "No"'s because it has a worth value. I put a value of 200 pesos per No answer of the prospect.

I was reminded that I had set an appointment in ASTRO. Before I went there I made a confirmation call and it was confirmed from them to pursue. I rushed out the office at 1pm with Hyacinth for the appointment.

Hyacinth and me were amazed on how I dealth with the Indian Programmers warmly as though we're close friends already. In fact I oftentimes broke a joke from them.

We went back in the office at 4pm already but still we had a meeting with Sir Bingo. I apologized to him the uncontrolled situation from our meeting in ASTRO that's why we came back late.

I had discussed to him about the prospects status in the pipeline and the next steps to do.

The Filipino Language

Last Night during my study of the lesson for PNK worship service, I decided to use the Filipino Language instead of the vernacular "Cebuano". I felt so awkward during my review.

By the time I delivered my preaching I felt a little nervous that surfaced in my tone of voice. But when I persisted to do my best boldy, I was able to conquer my fear or nervousness. In fact I didn't expect in the process that I internalized what I'd told thru reflection of myself.

Thank you that I made it with prowess and confidence thru the guidance of our almighty God.

The Postpone Meeting Schedule

Upon my arrival in the office, I immediately received a call from Sir Bingo, informing me about his important email.

I found out that he requested me to send to the top management a Marketing Report. From the list of my daily todo items, I gave the creation of marketing report the highest priority apart from my set followup schedules and prospecting calls.

After lunch, I got a call from our General Manager about the immediate appointment requested from ASTRO. Because I put clients or prospects the most important among other things, I decided to leave my other important tasks. I went in hurry together with Sir Dacs(project manager) and Ms. Hyacinth(OJT) riding in taxi.

We arrived at 15 minutes past of 3pm and being inquired from the guard of our reason for coming. I told him that we had an appointment with Captain Paca.

Unfortunately we'd got an info that he was attending a seminar. Two of the staff entertained us and trying to contact their manager to get an info.

We appreciated their warmed welcome with visitors. Several minutes past we'd got the exact info that their software developer whom them they outsourced had got interested in our Company to outsource the encoding task of their developed system. But unfortunately he was out in the office for a reason.

They decided to reschedule our meeting with him because he was unreachable. Instead of being desperate we found ourselves happy meeting with them at same time had a good feeling with my colleagues camaraderie going back at office.

At the office I continued my tasks and made the marketing report requested from my marketing team. Thanks God for the positive programs you've installed in my mind.

Working Beyond My Uncomfortable Zone

Thank you for the reminder of our church resident minister about my church obligation after the busy working time.

Upon I received the text from him, I decided to go to the venue instead going directly to my home. I worked it out beyond my uncomfortable zone of being so exhausted from work. Yes I did it while waiting outside thru a conversation with 'tatay' Rafael. I was so inquisitive to learn from his experiences in life and asked some sort of business advice. I discovered that he had an expertise of raising 'tilapya' in his hometown of Mactan.

I also being knowned to Bro. Carlito Gomiwa. He has the experience of preparing business juice and he told me the good profits it brings. I asked him the help to teach the way he did to make it saleable and the good preparation of it. Thank you that he was so opened to support me.

Because of such valuable conversation and investigation, I was able to lift myself inspired and energetic.

I went home nearly at 12.00 midnight.

Being A Peacemaker

Late in the afternoon, I observed my marketing partner was in deeply depressed that brought me to attention more when I noticed she was crying unknowingly.

I noticed that she was deeply in trouble and difficulty in expressing her thoughts. I sympathized with her by suggesting her to share with me her thoughts and emotions.

I made several attempts to persuade her to do so for her to lighten her emotions. Until an hour later she freely opened up to me her hurt feelings with our superior to the extent that she decided to file a resignation.

I know it was just an impulse of being swayed by her emotions. I kept on suggesting her good ways on how to overcome and resolved the issue.

Through my good intention to resolved the conflict between them I let the two parties came together in our private conference room. I listen emphatically both of their stated words and sensed the emotional feelings they portrayed. I let them talke by at a time thoroughly and persistenly kept myself on listening.

After knowing their both sides and expressed their emotions thoroughly, I began asking from them in finding ways to resolve the issues. And it was effective because they were so participative and cooperative in my intention to come up a resolution.

The Church Brotherhood Bonding

I enjoyed so much together with my brothers and sisters in faith during our visitation at the Locale of Carcar. The area meeting was a memorable happy acquaintance with our brethren from 6 different locales.

From the beginning 'til the end of the meeting a joyous momentum was maintained throughout the session. We, the district officers, were so accommodating and welcomed warmly our brethren in faith. I felt really the good bonding among us. We complimented each other weaknesses and synergized our strengths toward our noble purpose. Thank you God for helping us!

Children's ThankGiving Worship Service

After several days of studying, reviewing, and practicing the lesson intended to be delivered for the Children's Worship Service, I found myself at the platform delivering with prowess, confidence, and enthusiasm the Gospel of God. I know God had answered my prayers and gave me thy strength and intelligence to formulate the right words used in my preaching.

I remembered that I wore a decent formal attire, lent from our resident minister. I felt comfortable of the attire that gave me the stand with confidence in the platform. During the worship service, I felt the presence of God especially during the song of praises and prayers.

It gave me strength to abide the commandments of God and be consistent to live in righteousness.

Law of Attraction Is Working At My Favor

I got an appointment in Aboitiz with Darryl Salingay,the system administrator. At first I felt nervous meeting him but as the time passed by and able to relate with him thru a small talk. We had then made good friends and in fact he opened up an opportunity to do business with my company. I identified their need of an outsourcing to someone in setting up a network cabling and design in their Iloilo branch.

I established a good rappot with him to the extent that thru him I'd known to my relative Rex Velos who it time was the same name of my younger brother. I was amazed of the coincidence happened.

I left in Aboitiz feeling so good. Not only that, even in the internet cafe I rented just to passed my marketing report, I didn't expect that one of my yahoo messenger friends gave me a private message. And willingly accepted my business proposal to him about establishing a Piggery Business. I owed the opportunity to succeed thru my good friend AMINU HAMIDU. Thank You!

I believe that the Law of Attraction is helping me to reach out my dreams to have a business empire and live life with Time and Financial Freedom. Having then capability to extend a great help to mankind.

Being A Secretary

After my meeting at Golden Peak with Mr. Caesar Bacaroesas, I got home early at 4:30pm, charging myself an undertime work.

Time ticked too fast that made myself prepared to attend the worship service. When I heard the voice of Eduard knocking at our door in a hurry. He requested me to take the responsibility of a secretary during the worship service because the new secretaries had an oathtaking.

I hardly couldn't decline of responsibility being assigned to me at instant. Because of the call of time and need.

The event reminisced my experiences of being a secretary in a quite number of years, during my high school years.

The time I experienced it again was seemed awkward but satisfying.

Blucode Training Brainstorming

I enjoyed with our brainstorming together with Maam Shiela and Mavi. We came together in the conference room and brainstormed about the preparation for the implementation of the Blucode Training Program.

Maam Shiela did the writing and guided the flow in the whiteboard while Mavi took charge of jotting notes. I just only sitted and shared my ideas or thoughts of how to go about. I observed that my intuition was working properly thru the motivation of Maam Shiela.

It seemed I had an abundant ideas with regard to the said training that I couldn't imagine. Thru the contribution of Maam Shiela and Mavi as well, our purpose was so successful in plotting out the guidelines of the training.

We got in the room at 5:30pm and spent 1 hour in time only then going out at 6:30pm.

The Kick-off Meeting

At last the meeting being postponed several times had been came into reality. Together with Bro. Ruben Licera and other committed brethren, had brainstormed our initial planning of coming up a website. The website basically intended to support brethren and religious activities.

In the meeting I opened up the overview flow of the website and its purpose. I felt in them the willingness and commitment in their faces to undergo the endeavor. Even then to extent they were willing to invest their time, effort, and money on this project.

We trained ourselves to "Think Big and Start Small" as being shared by Bro. Ruben Licera.

Witnessing The Presentation Of My Colleagues

I was invited by my marketing colleagues to be with them in their presentation at Cebu International School. They tended to present the QuickEnroll and Netfusion Academic Portal developed by Blumango Technologies.

We got in the place 15 minutes early and felt the coldness in the place. We waited and relaxed at enough time. Preparing my colleagues at ease and got familiarize the place.

The presentation was attended by 3 of the CIS personnel led by Ms. Emma Peligro. It formally started with the introduction of Ms. Faith, the marketing executive. She introduced Ms. Mavi our CRO, Mr. Raffy our development guy, and me as the marketing manager.

Suddenly Ms. Mavi took place the platform presenting the QuickEnroll with good poise and confidence. She had a good diction and presented the product effectively to the audience with a well-modulated voice. While Ms. Faith did energetically the demo of the application by presenting the features in the actual application window .

After the presentation, several questions were raised from us. In which we cooperatively answered or addressed all their queries. We observed that Ms. Emma dominated in asking questions to the very details. She wanted some sort of customization based on their requirements that our standard QuickEnroll doesn't support.

We friendly agreed to her request by suggesting her to treat her ideas as a new project adhering our software development process. Thru the help of Mr. Raffy he was able to capture the overview requirement needed for coming up a proposal for her perusal.

We got back in the office happily bringing about the good news to our General Manager, Shiela Lesaca.

My Leadership Perspective

I was requested by Bro. Ruben Licera to make a talk about on Leadership for the Christian Youth Meeting in the Locale of Alaska.

I couldn't afford to neglect the opportunity to share my ideas to my brethren in faith. Because I believe the more I share my ideas learned the more I would internalize and live it

During the meeting, I told them that all of us are leaders at the different arena of life. Like for instance, if you have a younger sister or brother, you are then a leader to them, a model to follow. But a good leader in an organization is a different thing in relation to the type of responsibility.

Every leader must be a good follower. No leader or no one is not a follower. All of us live as a follower and a leader. For example in a situation you have younger brother/sister and you set to be a leader to them at the same time a follower to your parents.

In organization most oftenly a leader subordinates will look at you being a good follower to others. In church aspect being a good follower to God commandments.

Being a leader is not an overnight task its a journey. You must equipped with good characters. Above all ingredients for good leadership, the one I considered most is the proactivity attitude of a certain leader.

Because proactivity is taking a good initiative of what should be best attitutde that conforms to values or principles in life.

I stressed out also the difference between a proactive and reactive people. Proactive people know that in a stimulus and response and in between there's a little gap - your freedom to choose what kind of response based on your values.

The best determinants in identifying a proactive and reactive person is true their language. Proactive people tend to be optimistic or positive in their language while reactive people always look at barriers or negative side.

Proactive people focus on opportunities while reactive people focus on obstacles.

Part of the Church History

I remembered that I woke up early in the morning to prepare myself in the business presentation scheduled at 9:30am, together with my office colleagues.

Suddenly, I received a call from the resident minister of Locale of Lawaan with the message of request to lead the first children worship service in the newly opened Locale extension worship service in Lagtang, Talisay City, Cebu.

I couldn't say no of the calling responsibility as being a preacher in the children worship service. What I did was deciding to give top priority of God's service and set aside the business meeting. I immediately contacted our General Manager to take charge the meeting.

The first children worship service was a historical and memorable for all. Not only the venue was well-prepared as well as the number of children attended the said service showed so much excitement in their faces. I did the preaching with prowess and had lead a heartfelt prayer. And I signed a memorabilia with the signatures of pillar church officers.

Lexmark Proposal Meeting

I don't know exactly why I had a good feeling of conversing with Ms. Michelle Boston of Lexmark. The one in charge for the procurement of software services. It seemed I've been known her so long. I felt comfortable with her either on phone or personal.

A feeling like my sister or whatsoever relative in aspect. Our conversation before the meeting got started was natural like a long time friends. I guess because of her admiring personality with a well-modulated voice of respect to others. I know she's smart enough but still I found her humble and at low profile.She knows very well how to listen with the intent to understand others point of view.

I treasured very much the moment I'd known to her!

Nice Conversation

I could say that the business meeting with Mr. Lowell Laurente, the System Admin of Budget Builders Inc. was a good result of our nice conversation.

I came to his office at exactly 9am, the set schedule for our meeting. I felt so much comfortable when my previous student in St. Paul College warmly welcomed me and introduced me beforehand to Mr. Lowell.

I established well a good rapport with Mr. Lowell thru a mini talk about his expertise and previous trainings attended. The conversation then was naturally flowed towards business aspect. In which he opened up his major requirement to have a web-based ERP. He wanted to request from my company for the development of the said requirement or project. In fact we set the day of July 23,2008 for another meeting discussion, intended for coming up a proposal.

I know I'm starting to reap what I sowed last year in putting so much effort to market our product and services. I have already the character of persistence and hardworking which I considered the spices of success.

Appointments' Day

I spent my whole day round in attending the appointments I had set yesterday.

Early in the morning I rose and went to jogging. That's gave me an energy through the day.

My first appointment was with Mr. Eric Mesina of Lexmark International Corp. at 9:00 am in the morning. I was so impressed with Lexmark's building structure and cleanliness being maintained in the vicinity. Our conversation was in a semi-formal wherein he oftenly asked questions about the credibility of my company with due regards to projects management and expertise. My brochures helped me in convincing to him about my blumango's proven capability and expertise to the services being offered to the market. The conversation then went smoothly about his inquiries of the services. In fact he got interested with the Document Management System and requested to have the demo in their other branch at Ayala Park.

The second appointment was together with Sir Bingo, Maam Shiela, Mavi and Bernard in a meeting with the Makoto Vice-President or General Manager thru the endorsement of Ms. Crisanta Anonat, the IT Manager. The discussion was all about their concern of website development. We ended the meeting by suggesting to evaluate our prototype design of their website at no cost from them.

The third appointment was with the newly hired IT Manager of Daiichi company, Mr. Corpin. I got from him a need of additional IT personnel as assistant as well as found his interest with our Blucode Project Training. I got also with him a referral from aboitiz company.

All the daytime was very satisfying, self-fulfilling, and worthwhile to me.

Time to Relax

I came home early and got together with my parents and brother watching television while my other brother had enjoyed playing computer games.

I programmed my mind to take over the computer after relaxing myself by watching television. But that night was a different scenario, because a neighbor of ours begged to my brother to help him the installation of necessary software of his newly bought computer set. My brother only charge him a little and accepted the work load.

That's why I wasn't able to have time working on my online business but allowed my brother to extend a service to our neighbor who trusted my brother's expertise.

What I did was got a sleep early and got a good time to relax my exhausted body of working during the daytime.

Energy Source

Almost a month past I felt exhausted from my work. Trying very hard in everyday work time, aiming to hit the monthly goals. Until such time I felt unproductive and stressful to go work because of a number of disppointments encountered. I was so depressed and discouraged to persist working hard.

But thanks for my learnt proactive attitude, I observed my emotions and studied the root cause of such negative feelings overwhelming my self condition. I discovered that I let myself to focus seriously in my short-term goals, forgetting about my long-term goals. That's why I felt that when failures fall behind. It seemed it was the end of the world.

When I tried to review my reasons of working still in the company, looking back my set long-term goals or career goals. I felt energized and inspired to stand boldly and move on.

I know I'm a one step forward to my realization of my long-term goals. Thanks God for helping me out!

Being A Preacher

Last Tuesday I received an assignment to lead the 2 children worship services at close time interval, the schedule of 8:30am and 10:00am.

I reviewed the lesson last night in just 10 minutes. Just to get familiar of the lesson as well as constructing good followup questions for a good interaction with the children.

I had just got my light breakfast before the first responsibility. Of course, I asked the guidance of God to give me the skills and power to lead his people and to preach with prowess. Yes, I did it with enthusiasm and happiness deep inside, fullfilling my first responsibility.

From that point of time, I hurriedly went to the second venue of children worship service in the place of Kabangkalan. I was expecting there to see the beautiful sister named Beth, who in time an officer in supervision of the children. And it happened I found here glad seeing one time again.

Personally I admired her good character as well as her innate beauties, projected outwardly. The feeling was different during my preaching moments of which I couldn't afford to look at her eyes, as she being part of the audience.

As I going back home, I tried to uncover the different feeling I noticed when I met Beth. After a long consideration , I found out that its simply and admiration for some good things to appreciate. And its my way of life - To be grateful for all the beauties and blessings God has made on earth.

Persistence Training

I counted 17 worship services that I already attended since the time I started trained myself the character of persistence.

It's a common temptation for everybody to feel often times sleepy or else lingering one's mind outside during a church worship service. For me in dealing this one, I decided to prohibit myself from moving any part of the body except my lips and eyes until my set number of verses would be reached.

I began to discipline myself, stiffen my body, at 5 verses initially. Then adding 1 verse for each succeeding worship service time. I'm now at the stage of 11 verses out of the standard of 15 verses. Imagine I almost spent throughout the service time.

Through this, I observed that I able to practice persistence from any distraction, body pain, urge to move, and other wanting. At first its very difficult to do it at once. But as the time passed by and did it one step at a time, I successfully did it with ease.

I believe I could apply this to my real life situation especially my willingness to achieve my financial goals - Financial Freedom. I know it needs a strong character of persistence to keep going forward.

My Financial Role Model

I've got to continue reading the book entitled "John L. Gokongwei Jr. - The Path of Entrepreneurship". It states the life of John Gokongwei as an entrepreneur. Revealing his entrepreneural strategies in building his business empire. And most importantly, the attitudes he practiced and lived throughout his journey.

Here are the following key attitudes or values that bring John to the peak of his success in achieving financial and time freedom.

1. Hardwork - "Gokongwei believes that hardwork is the most important factor in his success."

2. Frugality - "He saved very little and saved a lot."

Through these findings, I tend to admire and practice the attitudes of Hardwork, Frugality, and value to education. That's why my decision to leave this year. A year of character-building development is crucial and in the right move towards realizing my financial goals.

Still Need Motivation

Now I fully understand thru my personal experience that every human being needs recognition, appreciation or good thoughts and motivation of others. Even if he spent most of his time reading great motivational books and even knowned as the dynamic and most admirable motivational speaker. Still he is not considered a good motivational one to himself. No man really is a great teacher to his own self.

That's why the old saying still holds true forever "No Man is an Island".

I could reflect the situation when I was trying very hard to motivate and inspire myself to work very hard in my marketing effort to bring good profits to the company. When I opened my email, I didn't expect to read the inspiring statement I read:

"MARKETING is our KEY. I BELIEVE in your capability. I BELIEVE we can do it. BULHOOT BLUMANGO!"

It sparked my sensation a great feeling of inspiration and motivation to move forward because someone has a trust in my ability to succeed.

An Appointment in Lexmark

We hurriedly ran our appointment time at 2:00pm in the Lexmark Company. We dropped in the taxi at the doorway of Innove Building at around 1:55pm.

In short, we arrived on time of the meeting with the Manager of Lexmark Software Services, Michelle Medina-Boston. I also met Richard Castro their Hardware Mechanical Engineer of Lexmark Printer Division.

We had a good discussion of their software requirements about a requestor system. It is an immediate requirement of the Printer Division under the primary concern of Mr. Richard Castro.

I observed together with Ms. Shiela Lesaca, our General Manager, that we successfully made a good rapport with them before going to the proper business discussion. The meeting was formally started by discussing to them our company profile and capabilities of which they raised questions out of it.

After satisfying their questions thru a direct and honest answers based on our knowledge and experiences. Mr. Richard opened up their prepared requirements presentation thru a prototype of the system he wanted to outsource from Blumango Technologies. He thoroughly discussed to us the flow and details of the expected system.

We found out that their requirements are not so tough to develop. And because of that we made a statement that as soon as possible within the week we could come up a proposal of the project.

A Day Of Strike

At night my mind had been programmed about the strike. That's why I felt difficulty got rise early in the morning. Imagined I rose nearly noon time with a stressed body. I attempted to get in the office in the afternoon, but unexpectedly I was trapped in the main city (Cebu) because of the strikers dominating the crossroad of the city thus blocked the roadway of the passenger vehicles.

I decided then to back home from the hot situation there. Otherwise, what I did was bought 2 CDs, used for burning the secret movie, be given to my brothers in faith who got interested in. Not only burning CDs at home, I enthusiastically designed a bookmark with the picture of Karen and her best friend by using the Photoshop. Thru her I got interested more of using the software and enhanced my photo editing skills. Thank You!

Taking The Responsibility

The schedule of bringing together the "D" and "S" of Locale of Lawaan was set last afternoon. Our plan was to go together for a worship service to the Locale of Cebu City, the center of Cebu District.

Our assembly time was 1:00pm in Lawaan Locale. Initially, we estimated only maximum of 30 who would go with us. But during the time it's exceeded even to 40. We got a trouble of our preparation. The # vehicles to be used as well as the amount of snacks for them.

Through the help of Bro. Atilano, we optimistically found ways on how to solve the problem. Instanly the solution immediately surfaced, when his other vehicle was on-the-go to fetch us after several attempts in finding a driver.

Immediately we rushed out going the place and on the way I was doubtful that we could come on time and get in the worship place.

It seemed someone was guiding our way because even in a small amount time we'd still able to come on time and attended the worship service. I know God is the one responsible for coming out the right solutions and guided our way out.

An Impact of MV Princess of the Stars Tragedy

It's already a week time I'd heard the tragedy of MV Princess of the Stars but I kept away on the conversation of my friends and relatives because I didn't want to felt the negative emotion it brought to the people again and again.

Until such time I couldn't anymore afford not to participate the emotional conversation initiated by my mother during the strong downfall of the rain outside our house. Together with my brother they talked about the sad fate of the victims leaving with a great sorrow of their loved ones and relatives.

As they kept on the conversation, I felt deeply touched when I began to imagine myself in such a tragic situation. I realized that life is beyond our control. Life is priceless that must be valued of every moment of time. Even a great amount of wealth can't saved someone's life. Because we're just a borrower of life. That's why it is reasonable that we must give a heartfelt thanksgiving to the owner of life - God.

Because of this event, I commit to myself to regard my life as a treasure to be valued most. To act in accordance to the will of God and to regard and savor good relatioship with my friends, family and love ones. Give it the topmost priority to serve God and render service to humanity as the ultimate mission of everyone living in this world.

Open Source Initiative Meeting

Open Source Technology is the key tool of Blumango Technologies in coming up a systems solutions. All the projects and applications made were developed under the care of open source technologies.

The latest product being launched in the market is the QuickEnroll- a web-based enrollment system developed by the project team of Blumango Technologies using open source.

Part of my marketing effort is to endorse the Quick Enroll to its target market - schools. That's why last morning I decided to drop at the Cebu Technology School to meet with Larry, in charge in the IT department. Through him I was able to meet the important figure of CEDF-IT and at the same time the president of the CTS school. I just call him by his first name Jose. He is so friendly, smart, and knowledgeable in sharing the power of collaboration being encouraged in open source concept.

In fact before I began to formally gave him an overview of the QuickEnroll, he enthusiastically shared their ongoing project of coming up an enrollment system, charging every student with P1.00 per month. It's a straight competition then to QuickEnroll.

But anyhow, I let him talked and shared about more of their open source initiative project. Until such time he offered me a recommendation that their team is willing and open for any collaboration from Blumango Technologies with their existing project and both would gain good profits.

I completely sold out his idea and instantly asked for a collaborative meeting of which he agreed to make it happen as soon as possible. I felt great about the great opportunity being opened. Thank You!

Relationship Highlight

Together with Sir Bingo we went to Boss Coffee for a meeting with the IT Manager of FairChild Company named Benjie.

As we going to the meeting place I had a good conversation with Sir Bingo about the marketing status and strategies to have a good position of our target market (MEPZ companies. He told me an effective approach he applied from his other company, the Newgen Chemicals. The approach of relationship building in dealing with industries where hard selling has no room for it. I treasured the tip being shared because I personally sold out the concept from my previous reading of marketing books. Yes, this time would be a real scenario of what I've learned from books.

Immediately in the office, I updated my personal development enrollment sheet. Because I opted to enroll the new course "Relationship Building".

From now on, I'm committed to take this course seriously until it's completion.

A Good Complain

We got together with my brothers (Rex and Joel) and a sister in faith(Shirley) to the establishment of Home Sonic Appliances Center occupying a place at the 2nd floor of Gaisano Fiesta Mall.

At first we felt uneasy to proceed with our purpose. The purpose to clarify and make a request of return to the products being claimed as the winning prize of promo. We decided to return in back because they we sensed that they manipulated my mother to the extent her supplementary card had been charge of the worth P51,000 as the way to claim the prizes. Aside from that the we looked at the products as liabilities not an assets.

With my brother, Rex we had fired the manager in charge a lot of proving questions that we observed the failure of her to gave a direct and honest answers. She kept of swerving my questions being thrown out. Imagined she denied about their words of what they told to my mother about promo winning prize. Instead she reason out they had informed only about their gift certificates offerings. In fact my younger brother could witnessed their emphasis about the promo as their very sweet word of convincing.

I knew she would never get the word about it because she was might be in question about of DTI permit number.

I understood their type of sales strategy. It's a matter of manipulation just for the sake of selling even sacrificing the customer satisfaction.

To make the story short, upon our professional proving questions that nearly surfaced their manipulative strategy , they had not any more resisted our request to return back the products in return with the cancellation of our payment.

From then the conversation went so friendly after I gave my apology of being so harsh to her and unfriendly tone of voice.

It was my first time to act a bad guy and I couldn't imagine I did it perfectly after hearing the recorded conversation.

Unquestionable Promo

As I opened the door going inside my house, it caught directly into my attention the comfortable massage chair lying in our sala. I began asking my parents where it came from and who brought it. My mother told me that she won it in the promo. I was surprise and glad to know about it. Gave a hand of congratulation to my mother and immediatley sat down the massage chair. It worked good and massaged my back more satisfying and relaxing. I was so impressed of how technology brought comfort to people's lives. A few minutes I found out that there were add-on prizes just like inductive cooker, door buzz, and others.

Later, several minutes passed by, my mother confessed to me at low voice about the real scenario. She told me that someone called her from the Home Sonic Appliance Center located in the Gaisano Fiesta Mall. Together with my brother she rushed out to claim the prize. As what my mother foretold that several sales lady welcomed them warmly of which my mother was overwhelmed the excitement. Until to the point someone told her that in order to claim the prize of the promo she must bought any item worth at least 50T pesos and got immediately the winning prize of massage chair worth 100T pesos. My mother wanted to pull back the offer but she wouldn't able to refuse because of their manipulative sales tactics supportive back my sales team. According to my mother that they were so hard in convincing her to use the supplementary credit card just to take advantage of the good prize promo.

At home my mother was so regretful of the decision she made, a worth of 51,000 pesos was charged from the credit card.

With the situation being presented and analyzed it, I raised the following questions of doubt in my mind about the promo validity:

1. Why they could not clearly tell the winning source exactly?

2. Why they never ask any coupon for claiming?

3. Why they had charged a price in exchange of the prize?

4. Why they were so manipulative?

5. Why my mother had not received any certificate of winning?

Because of these aforementioned questions, I decided to talk to their management and clarify the things I formulated thru the mentioned questions.

A Free Lunch with Award

I got an instant message in my Yahoo messenger at nearly lunch time. At first I thought it was just a joke from my officemate but it's really true. Sir Bingo prepared all of us ,blumangonians, a free lunch.

But before lunch time, we'd got together for a meeting. It was a surprise for everyone because it's not an ordinary meeting, it's an awarding ceremony. And it's the reason why we'd got a free lunch. Beyond to my expectation, as the meeting went on I heard my name being mentioned as one of the awardees of Loyalty. I told myself - Thank you and Congratulations!

I guess I deserve the award because I'm one of the pioneering of the company since it's birth way back April 2003. I remembered I was hired at first as an IT Instructor, then a year after I was promoted as an elearning supervisor for almost 2 years time. Until I once again promoted as a Marketing Manager.

Did I come up in my mind to find other job?

Absolutely Yes, but because of my commitment to leave with a great contribution of the company I preferred not to jump the bandwagon even the times of difficulties. Aside from that I had already committed that EMSSI/Blumango Technologies would be the last company I live to work with. Because by the time I will be leaving I have to make it sure I would venture my own business.

That's why I treasured the time I'm handling the marketing of the company as a good avenue for developing my marketing skills that would be crucial to the success of my future business.

I would make it sure also that my business would not anyhow compete with the Blumango business interest but somehow find ways to collaborate and make a good partnership.

Gospel Learning Points

All day long I nailed into my mind the learning points I got from the Gospel during my worship attendance last morning.

Thanks to the Lord for keeping me on an alert of what matters most. I committed to myself to practice the learnings in my daily lives.

The following are the things I'm willing to make these a habits that would turn into a solid christian characters.

1. Seek always the help or guidance of Almighty God in times of trouble and difficulties.

2. Be always kind to allot first and share a part of the blessings being received.

3. Allocate always a time for a christian family prayer.

4. Be prayerful all the time.

A Look Back To My Elementary Days

After I withdrew my online earnings at ATM Machine located in Gaisano Fiesta Mall, I found myself inside my old elementary school walking around. Feeling the strong gust of wind and recalling the memory in the past. I enjoyed looking back the past moments and it was so enjoyable and dramatic experience.

I let myself strolled all the way around the school vicinity so observant of the changes brought by time. I visited back my rooms from Grade 1 to 6 and found likely the same, as being refreshed by the experiences I couldn't afford not to trace back.

The old elementary school commemorates my extraordinary hardwork in studying and my persistence to aim the best in school. I recalled that I had only a few friends in the school because I devoted my time in studying my lessons and even doing advance study to just keep abreast the tight competition among my pilot classmates - it was so challenging. And because of the efforts I consistently sticked to pilot class and included in the the top 20 pupils until my Graduation Day.

I congratulated myself for the good study well done for acquiring such academic excellence. I considered my elementary study as the strong foundation that brought me up to tne higher and higher level of academic achievements. Until the time of my college graduation wherein I was so proud bringing the honor back to my supportive parents as being acknowledged and awarded as Cum Laude.

And now, as a professional, I have a different perspective in life compared to my school years of study. I challenge myself, not any more for a medal, but for my time and financial freedom acquisition for me to help and bless more people.

I know this would take so much hardwork but I committed to take the challenge of whatever it takes. I believe I have already the necessary character I learned and acquired from the past. I guess, its only the objective has change.

I decided not to go work during the day because I wasn't feeling good. I stayed the whole day at home taking a good rest.

In the morning, I spent my hours sleeping and gaining energy in getting well soon. Time ticked so fast, until I woke up late in the afternoon feeling mighty good. After the afternoon break, I got back to my internet hobby.

I was doing so much fun about internet business of which I was so passionated and appealing no stress at all, even long hours confronting my personal computer.

The Heart Of A Network Marketer

Last night I remembered of my firm decision not to pursue the networking business being introduced to me by Pelits. Because I opted to focus my time on my online business.

But to the contrary, last morning I didn't know exactly why I was so passionated in sharing about the networking business opportunity to my friends. In fact, I invited them to witness the business meeting with enthusiasm.

As I began reflecting of why I was doing the opposite of my decision. I found it that I am still convince the power of the networking business system in getting a good residual income as well as leveraging my time. Thus, the fastest vehicle of getting rich as being affirmed by Robert Kiyosaki , the famous author of the best selling book entitled "Rich Dad Poor Dad".

It's a quite time of experience I had undergone in the field of network marketing of which I started during my college days.

First I got introduced with the well-known PowerHomes. I remembered that I was so determined and teachable with the leaders or speakers I aspired to follow. A lot of meetings and trainings I attended which I owed to of how I look into the type of business. Unfortunately the business was closed a year after.

Second , the well-established mlm business known as DXN. I owed also the character of being positive and goal-oriented and much more I got influence with the high-earner leaders of DXN. I have no bad-mouth to say about the stability of the business and its quality products.

Third, the Wireless Business Format, a cellphone loading business I got involved into. I tried the business and applied the learnings I got from my experiences. And in just a week time I had got a 5 downlines. I began exploding into the business. But before I took off the ground. The business was shut off.

Fourth, the CMD busines opportunity. It has good quality single product with an instant effect of just a seconds. I was truly amazed it positive results to body wellness. Because I completely sold out the benefits of the product , I once again made another try to do the business. But in a different approach, because I decided to sell the products and got a good commission out of it. And just made building the business a second priority.

Fifth, the Wi-max, another loading business run by the same company of WBF with a slight difference of its marketing plan in order to have a good safety net of the company to exist. Because I sensed the great demand of loading business, I decided without second thought to try the business again.

Until now I love and fun attending other networking business meetings because of the winning attitude of the people behind the business. They have a great will power and determination to succeed of whatever it takes.

Now, I understand the situation why I'm still more passionated to share the networking business opportunity. It's because of the deep and long time experiences I have undergone.

An Invitation - Networking Business

I knew Pelits from an acquaintance during the last Microsoft Sales Training Seminar. I could describe her from the said moment as a good conversationalist and a good marketing officer representing from the Thinking Tools company. Last time I heard from her was about her car winning prize got from the Microsoft raffle program. I said to myself that she was fortunate then.

It already a year gone, until last day I got an invitation from here about the new business opportunity she found so interesting to share with her friends and acquaintances. She gave me an invitation thru Yahoo messenger. Her invitation was so convincing and impressive that made me to say "yes" unconsciously.

I told myself why not give a try so that I could build connections or prospects from her business partners. I made then, the confirmation to attend the said business meeting invitation.

During the meeting, I observed a different type of people. A people who were so energetic and happy talking to each other. They were so entertaining and polite to everybody. They really so nice and comfortable to mingle with them. Especially the speaker who presented the opportunity with a strong conviction and impressive presentation. He was so good in making his point directed to the audience. He had a good sense of humor. All I can say he is a very good speaker I admired too much.

Because at hand I have a focus in my online blogging business of which I'm so passionated to make it profitable. Love, Courtship, and Marriage Seminar

The seminar about love, courtship, and marriage I attended in Cebu City Locale was so timely. Timely in the sense I'm still searching for the God-given girl that I truly love and willing to die for.

In the said seminar I spotted the following learning points:

1. Infatuation is only an admiration and not basically, comparable to the word Love.

2. True love would stand still even from difficult times encountered down the road.

3. Premarital sex is strictly prohibited to God's people if outside marriage.

4. The risks of early pregnancy it will bring to health and its negative psychological impact to young ladies.

5. Marriage must be bonded by a genuine ingredient which is love.

6. Asking for the right and best partner for you thru prayer is the admirable and best way to do.

7. Always adhere and abide to the laws of God in Marriage if you expect a long lasting relationship.

The Things To Be Grateful Today

Because of my decision to take a review of the "Secret" book, I renewed once again my enthusiasm and determination to search for good in everything I do that makes may feel very very good. And in such a way the law of attraction will be working at me for my favor and advantage.

First Time Ever

A moderate warmth sunny Sunday, a day and time allocated to render worship service to our almighty God inside the Church of Christ where I am member of.

At exactly 8:30 in the morning, the children worship service had got started with a quite number of children worshippers and me assigned to preach the words of God. The lesson was so timely because its about the goodness it brings to stay away from evil deeds friends. In the distance corner I spotted the figure of my mother who took her responsibility to oversee the solemnity of the worship service.

I noticed deeply inside myself a strange feeling of happiness for having the first time ever from my long time of preaching service in which my mother had witnessed and observed my preaching style in front of my brethren in Christ.

Knowing my mother's presence, I observed a more energetic and passionated in preaching the words of God of which I could relate most to myself.

First Time Ever the feeling I experienced was so rare and unforgettable experience.

Photo Editing Relaxation

I spent most of my daytime all working very hard - driving traffic to my business blog(http://freebiztraffic-arsenal.blogspot.com) thru posting to other related blogs in my niche. I learned a lot of ideas from other people's business blog that pushed me to comment on their posts which took me almost 5 hours straight. But still I persisted because I had kept my business goals.

However, when the time I redirected my attention to my friendster account, I got a message from Karen requesting me to give her a one word that I could best describe her by posting it as a comment to her account. I coudn't really afford not to give her the favor. What I did was thinking deeply about her personality of what I'd noticed from her since the very beginning we had acquainted.

Through my determination to make it special, my intuition had suggested me to find a picture and put my one best word choice which I thereafter discovered. The best word is "Tranquil". I used the Photoshop software in personally doing the editing. I selected the image of a sea and did the editing by making her picture smoothly appeared at the horizon part of the sea and the sky with the label "Karen is Tranquil". I looked myself so relax viewing my well crafted design.

I hope Karen would like it very much!

Not only that, I even designed a picture together with her best friend.

I Got A Massage

After a long time hours of working for the day and as well as got my payroll, I decided to take a break and treated myself special by dropping by in a massage center.

Yet I paid much but I felt so relax and good. It seemed that I had in abundance of everything and made myself awarded for all the efforts I'm deserving to. I opted this to happen just to experience how to feel when I reached my goals (To have a financial freedom and time). That made me then to inspire and aligned with what I aspired to.

Furthermore, the night was so memorable to me, because beyond to my expectation the one who did the massage to me was a girl. At first I felt uncomfortable and uneasy, but as I began to make friends with her by asking questions. It seemed we were a long time friends before. Because she totally opened up and expressed her emotional experiences about her personal and family life to the extent that she cried unknowingly as she told her story.

I kept on listeningly her deeply and felt the emotions she wanted to project. I found out that her mother had past by already. Leaving 6 younger brothers and sisters to support with of their schooling while her father, always busy with his vices. Often times it came up to her mind to better end her sacrifices and hardworks by attempting a suicide. After pouring out all her emotions by expressing it out thru words, I noticed from her eyes and her words, a sparkle of inspiration and courage to persist and let life trials be a part of her struggles that would build her an unbreakable strong character facing boldy the odds in life.

She was then, so thankful to me because I was there to listen her life stories that made her self renewed to a new life perspective. I had known her in the name of Wenelyn at 20 years of age.

Once again, I learned from the said experience the power of listening. That somebody might ask you an advice but the truth is that they need somebody to listen and express to, that made them feel good and discovered by themselves the right advice.
