As I looked back of what happened last morning, it reminded me instantly my demo about the Netfusion Academic Portal. You know who are the audience?
Just simply the assistant manager of IT , the Training Manager , Senior Programmer and Technical Specialist of Mitsumi Company. Together with me were my officemates, Ms. Flor-Elearning Specialiast and Mr. Mico- technical personnel, representing our company Blumango Technologies.
Flash back I remembered I just felt very easy and calm going to the said venue, I guessed it's the result of previous experiences of talking with top managers and conducting seminars to different types of people of which I'm so grateful to. It seemed that it's just a normal conversation that I felt during my presentation. Because I was able to communicate from heart to heart, when I kept myself reminded to always ask questions and listen emphatically.
Through the techniques I'd learn of my previous readings I was able to determine their requirements as well as helped my officemates participated norm conversation. We felt very good about the flow of the conversation, even to the extent of raising some jokes were possible that made us to laugh.
Until they were opened to their request for our proposal because they were very much interested of what they had evaluated and very comfortable with us.
I learned from the experience that being natural and ask and listen for the sake of helping to be a solution to their problems would be the best business that will long lasts.
