Listening to Product Presentation

After so much things done for the day, I conditioned myself to take a nap, ready in attending our church officers meeting at 9pm. Beyond to my expectation, we had a visitor, a new acquaintance of my brother Rex, who had asked permission to conduct a product presentation in our house.

Even I was in my bedroom, I was able to hear clearly their conversation, with my family, I keenly observed of how the health consultant conducted his presentation to my family, my mother, my father, and my brother. I sensed the presenter is a member of a certain networking health business.

You know before he got started, my thoughts were talking to me so much about my experiences of conducting presentation just for the sake of endorsement of the networking business opportunities or products.

What I appeciated to the presenter were the following things:
1. He was able to relate at a conversational tone of voice to his audience
2. He was able to involve his audience thru his equipment testings.
3. He was able to endorse the products slowly and calmly.
4. He was able to win the support of my brother.
5. He was able to use asking of referrals.

And what I found things for his improvement were :
1. It's better to use some sort of taken into action language, what to do next?
2. It's better to open the presentation by building rapport thru asking questions.
3. It's better to ask more questions to the audience to discover their interests.
4. It's better to design a presentation based on the interest of the audience.
5. It's better to get the contact# of the audience.
6. It's better to ask for some sales or business.
7. It's better to list down some of the referrals asked.
8. It's better to confirm the appointment beforehand.

Thru these self-reflection, I able to refresh what I learned in the past experiences and previous readings. Thank You.
