I got a appointment schedule set by Sir Bingo to Maitland Company.
I put myself physically and emotionally prepared for the said appointment.
To make the story short, I had started the conversation with Danny Gallardo, IT Manager of Maitland. The conversation was so healthy exchanging ideas. I remembered I all told myself to do more asking questions or discovering their requirements together with a emphatic listening. Initially as I opened the conversation thru some sort of questions we found out by the queries support of my partner Klim our system administrator, that their company has a well-established infrastructure of their networking.
Several question being threw to Mr. Danny for the purpose of digging up some need that EMSSI could extend a support. Yes, we enjoyed the conversation because it equipped as more knowledge about their present situation.
Still we were persistent to keep on asking and listening emphatically even it took us already almost an hour from the start of our conversation.
Fortunately we identified his immediate and forseen requirements after long time of deep conversation thru right questioning.
Yes, it is clear now to me that being a top sales man. You need only two skills that must be coupled - asking the right questions and listening with intent to understand emphatically.
